Nab Paclitero 100 mg is a nanoparticle albumin-bound (Nab) formulation of Paclitaxel, designed for intravenous chemotherapy. It contains Paclitaxel 100 mg bound to human albumin nanoparticles, which improves the delivery of the drug to tumor cells.
This formulation eliminates the need for solvents like Cremophor EL used in conventional paclitaxel, thereby reducing hypersensitivity reactions and improving tolerability.
